We are proud to offer a Lifetime Warranty on all of our products.
WHAT DOES IT COVER?
- Manufacturing and material defects, making the product unusable
- Applies to any material used for its specified and correct purposes
- Not valid in instances of misuse, negligence, pet damage, or improper cleaning
PLEASE NOTE
- Labor reimbursement is not guaranteed, however, we will work relentlessly with the fabric mill to recover as much labor as possible.
How does it work?
- Contact your designer or upholsterer and they will submit the claim to our team
- If the warranty claim is consistent with our policies, we will send your designer or upholsterer a replacement fabric of your choosing that is of equal or lesser value
